Breeding Stock sale of Haras Santa María de Araras at Haras Bagé do Sul, March 30, 2012

The Haras Santa Maria de Araras (Brazil), will hold a Breeding Stock auction at the Haras Bagé do Sul, Brazil, 30 March 2012.

The sale includes a total of 76 horses, including broodmares by Roy, Candy Stripes, Put it Back (5), Wild Event (5), Ghadeer (2), Roi Normand (2), Royal Academy, Gilded Time, Onward Royal (2), Sonus, Ogygian (2), Our Emblem, Signal Tap (2), Hibernian Rhapsody, Bright Again, Know Heights and Know Fact.

There are 39 weanlings.

Some lots are:

Lot 8. Quebra de Braço (BRZ, 2003) is a winning mare [Wild Event-In My Side(Clackson)], 4th in the G3 GP Antonio Carlos Amorim. Her dam, In My Side is G3 winner. Quebra de Braço sells IFT Adriano.

Lot 12 Fit to Fly (BRZ, 1993) [Ghadeer-Revisa(Flintham)] is the dam of Classic winner Must be Flying (Jules) (GP Henrique Possolo G1, 2nd in the GP Diana G1) and also of Group performer Time to Fly (Roi Normand). Sells IFT to Wild Event.

Lot 16. Ulaya (BRZ, 2007) [Wild Event-Special Lady(Lode)], a winning broodmare whose dam, Special Lady, is a Classic winner in Brazil (GP Henrique Possolo - G1), etc. She sells IFT to Adriano.

Lot 30 Cries and Whispers (BRZ, 2011) is a bay filly by Put it Back and G3W and G2P Top Note(Signal Tap), from a Classic Brazilian family (G1Ws Eternitá and Rasharkin).
