Arqana Arc sale (Horses in training), October 6th, Saint Cloud

The Arqana company will hold its Arc Sale next October 6th at Saint Cloud, France.

The sale includes 50 lots, with 5 wild card places for last minute additions. Some of the lots are:

Lot 4 Aklan (IRE, 2009) is a grey gelding by Dalakhani and Akdara (Sadler's Wells)], winner of Lenebane Stakes (L) and 4th in the Irish St. Leger (Gr. 3).

Lot 5 Alchimia (FR, 2008) is a bay filly [Trade Fair-Alchimiste(Linamix)], twice placed at Listed level (2nd Premio Royal Mares, 2rd Prix Miss Satamixa)

Lot 6 Cay Verde (GB, 2010) is a bay colt [Bahamian Bounty-Al Quiet(Piccolo)]. He won the Prix d'Arenberg (G3) and was 3rd in the Gimcrack St (G2) and the Richmond St (G2) for a total of 7 starts, 3 wins and 3 placings so far

Lot 7 Street Secret (USA, 2008) is a bay filly by Street Cry and Always Awesome (Awesome Again), Listed placed this year (2nd Prix Luth Enchantee, 2rd Prix Urban Sea), who has Allegretta as 3rd dam.

Lot 8 Vagabond Shoes (IRE, 2007) is a chestnut gelding [Beat Hollow-Atiza(Singspiel)], winner of the Prix Messidor G3 in 2011 and winner of the Prix du Chemin de Fer du Nord (G3) and recent 3rd in the Oettingen-Rennen (G2).

Lot 14 Gloomy Sunday (FR, 2009) is a bay filly by Singspiel and Fine and Mellow (Lando), 2nd in the Prix de Thiberville (L).

Lot 18 Shamalgan (FR, 2007) is a chestnut colt by Shamardal and Genevale (Unfuwain), G2 winner (Oettingen-Rennen-G2) and G1P (3rd in the Poule d'Essai des Poulains - G1), etc.

Lot 22 Girolamo (GER, 2009) is a chestnut colt [Dai Jin-Golden Time(Surumu)], who was 3rd in the German Derby G1 this year.

Lot 23 Leaupartie (IRE, 2009), is a bay filly [Stormy River-Lansa(Linamix)], recent 2nd in the Prix de la Nonette (G2) and winner of the G3 Prix du Psyché.

Lot 25 Lidari (FR, 2009) is a bay colt by Acclamation and Laxlova(Linamix), triple Listed winner this year and G3P at two (3rd Prix Condé).

Lot 27 To My Valentine (FR,  2010) is a chestnut filly [Dyhim Diamond-Lisselan Firefly(Monashee Mountain)], 2nd in the Prix du Bois (G2).

Lot 28 Loi (IRE, 2009) is a bay colt [Lawman-Lockup(Inchinor)], won the Prix de Condé - G3 at 2 and 4th in the Prix Noailles at three.

Lot 31 Malossol (USA, 2009) is a bay colt [Rahy-Mambo Queen(Kingmambo)], winner in May of the Premio Parioli (G3) at Rome

Lot 36 Forces of Darkness (IRE, 2009) is a bay filly by Lawman and Miss Childrey (Dr. Fond). Forces of Darkness is recent winner of the Prix Minerve (G3) and was 4th in the Prix Diane (G1) and 3rd in the Prix Saint Alary G1.

Lot 45 Survey (GER, 2009) is a chestnut filly, [Big Shufflle-Shadow Queen(Lando)], G3W in Germany.

Lot 46 Moonwalk in Paris (FR, 2008) is a bay  gelding [Oratorio-Shining Glory(Singspiel)], winner of the Prix Edmond Blanc and Three times G3P this year.

Lot 47 Immortal Verse (IRE, 2008) is a bay filly by Pivotal and Side of Paradise(Sadler's Wells)]. She won the Prix Jacques le Maurois (G1) and the Coronation Stakes (G1) in 2011 and has a rating of 121

Lot 51 Takar (IRE, 2009) is a bay colt by Oratorio and Takarouna(Green Dancer), G3 and Listed winner this year.
